The National Transportation Safety Board continues its investigation into the cause of yesterdays plane crash that claimed the life of at least one man.
It happened in Augusta County about 25 miles west of Staunton.
First reports indicate the plane was traveling from Jonesboro, Arkansas heading to Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport.

Actual construction is expected to begin in December but already 600- new employees have been hired and a second shift has been added.
The project was made possible, in part, by legislation approved by the general assembly.

The Art Museum of Western Virginia has added some pricey new art to it's collection.

The Museum unveiled three paintings yesterday - worth two million dollars. The largest and most expensive piece is "Across the Park," by 19th Century impressionist Childe Hassam. It was recently bought for one million dollars at a recent New York auction...some said it might be worth twice that.
"Woodchopper in the Adirondacks" by well known artist Winslow Homer and a portrait by Irving Ramsey Wiles were also unveiled.

The case of a 62-year old accused of killing a Pulaski County teen earlier this year has been sent to a grand jury.

A judge forwarded the case after learning 17-year old Terry Dunagon asked Kenneth Whorley NOT to kill her just moments before he pulled the trigger.

Whorley told investigators he had the gun out at his home back in April showing it to Dunagon and a friend.
But Whorley repeatedly told police he did NOT know it was loaded when he pointed it in Dunagon's direction.
The 17-year old was shot once in the neck.
