In court-- she admitted informing a local man that he was going to be indicted on drug charges so that he could flee the state.

She also admitted to having someone buy cocaine on her behalf-- which is a felony.

A Florida jury today convicted Joshua Phillips of first degree murder in the death of his neighbor 8-year old Maddie Clifton.
Phillips fatally bludgeoned and stabbed the girl and then stuffed her body into the frame of his waterbed.
The girls disappearance last year prompted a week long search- but her decomposing body was found 7-days later.
Phillips could face life without parole.

But area officials say they're using that jobless rate to help ATTRACT employers.

There's a new list- IT shows the top ten foods that slow the aging process and help us live longer...and if you love pizza, you're in luck.

It combines almost half of the top ten. People who eat the whole grains used in the crust have a 15 percent lower death rate.
Tomatoes used in the sauce contain chemicals called Lycopenes (LIE-CO-PEENS) which cut cancer risk by 40 percent.

Blueberries are among the strongest of all antioxidants. Researchers say just a half a cup a day appears to be enough to delay aging.

Scientists have developed a vaccine that appears to ward off- and even reduce the brain clogging deposits characteristic of Alzheimers in mice.
The hope is that someday the vaccine could both treat and prevent the disease in human beings.
The San Francisco Pharmaceutical company behind the research would like to soon begin testing the vaccine's effect on people.
Alzheimers is a neuro degenerative condition believed to affect more than 4-million Americans.
