Martin's parents believe their daughter should be released from custody.
But a judge today refused to release her after listening to testimony.
Martin is gifted academically but suffers from depression and is on probation for verbally assaulting her grandmother.
Her parents say she told them her grandfather had been abusing her.
But prosecutor Greg Goad says investigators have found NO evidence of abuse and will seek to try Martin as an adult.

In a rare move, prosecutors filed a motion to move Druckenmiller's upcoming rape trial out of the county.
Prosecutors believe it will be hard to find an impartial jury because many locals are either football fans or tied to the university in some way.
Circuit Court Judge Ray Grubbs says he will keep the motion in mind but wants to seat a local jury.
Druckenmiller is scheduled to stand trial July 19th.
