State Police say a vehicle traveling in the left hand lane on I-81 northbound stopped abruptly, turning left into the crossover to change directions.
This forced other vehicles including several motorcycles to hit the brakes.
That's when one of the motorcycles started to flip, injuring a man and woman from Pennsylvania.
The suspect vehicle did not stop but proceed to travel southbound.
State Police are now trying to find the driver and they say charges are pending.
At this time State Police say they believe the suspect vehicle may have been a v-dot vehicle.

And remember you can check the latest rainfall at Carvin's Cove by looking up Guage 1103 on the Botetourt County IFLOWS map.
A racy internet site is in trouble in the REAL world. Voyeur Dorm advertises college coeds and a house full of 24-hour-a-day webcams. The actual house is located in Tampa, Florida, where officials say it has to obtain the same adult buisness license as local strip clubs if it's going to stay in business. The site's owners are appealing the decision... it could set a precedent for government regulation of internet business.
Running out to the store for stamps may be a thing of the past soon. The Post Office is almost finished testing a program that allows you to buy postage online, and print the stamp directly onto an envelope.
Several small business are using the sustem... it could be available nation-wide by the end of the summer.

((House of Delegates candidate Al Bedrosian is getting a couple of pats on the back from our viewers for giving a swat on the backside to a rambunctious child in a hospital waiting room.
A viewer from Elliston wrote: "All too frequently, children are allowed to misbehave without any of the consequences. If the parent of the child and clinic employees had taken no action to control the child and the child's actions endangered other children and/or patients, then Mr. Bedrosian was well within his rights to protect his children...I also believe that spankings, and I am not referring to child abuse, never hurt anyone."
And one from Floyd County said: "While I've never spanked a child I've seen many that I would like to have spanked...He didn't abuse that child, he corrected it. The main reason we have children killing other children is because they have not been corrected."
But a woman from Lynchburg had a different viewpoint.
"I have been in areas of many places where there have been children misbehaving and not being corrected and I have wanted to say something myself, but common sense tells you that you do not touch anyone else's child. He could have easily told the nurse or receptionist and they would have spoken to the parent. Or he could have walked to another area. I am sure everyone has witnessed children misbehaving many times but you use your head to know what not to do."
