More than three months after a 16 year old died in one of Virginia's juvenile prisons, the medical examiner is calling his death "accidental".
The autopsy report says Manassas teen Wallace Dandridge had a heart attack, caused by acute stress and suffocation.

The Gilmore administration is turning the report over to Chesterfield County's Commonwealth's Attorney.

where rescue workers damage their own propellers helping stranded boaters.
Boats and jet skis are high and dry on lifts because the water's so low.

And due to this drought, AEP ALREADY releases less water downstream than usual.
The entire town of Altavista depends on that water supply.

Also, the LG&E Westmoreland electricity plant and the fish hatchery that supplies local lakes with catfish and stripers.
In fact, for 45 days every year AEP sends extra water downstream so fish eggs survive.

Two time Winston Cup champ Terry Labonte silenced the rumor mills earlier this summer when he announced that he was NOT leaving Hendrick Motorsports.

Tonight he solidified his position with that team by signing a three year contract extension that will keep him with the team at least through the year 2003.
Labonte has 21 career wins and the Iron Man has started a Cup record 620 straight races.

Reports now indicate that sponsorship may be the biggest in NASCAR history - worth at least $9 million dollars a season.
