A Roanoke Elementary School Principal walked out in the middle of a trial where he was supposed to be a witness today. The judge issued a capias for the man's arrest on a contempt- of- court charge.
Monterey Elementary Principal Bill Lalik (LA-lick) started to testify at the trial of one his teachers. But Lalik left while Judge Pat Doherty and the attorneys discussed how much Lalik would be allowed to say.

Fourth- grade teacher Shane Wolfe was on trial for allegedly soliciting undercover police officers in Wasena Park.
One of the officers testified today that Wolfe asked them for oral sex.
When Wolfe's lawyer called the principal as a character witness, one of the jurors realized he knew the principal, so the juror was excused .

Police arrested 10 of the suspected gang members Saturday. At a detention hearing today, the judge kept most of them in jail.
Sherome Graves, who prosecutors say was the gang's muscle and enforcer, was ordered held without bond.
Three other suspects ALREADY in jail on other charges, will stay where they are.
But the alledged gang leader, Stacey Lamont Hamlett, was granted a 65 thousand dollar bond.

An arsenal official says the fire was out in about an hour and that no one was injured.
