A simple over the counter supplement may help protect women from breast cancer.
(------------)
[VO-NAT]
Harvard researchers say two recent studies suggest the hormone supplement melatonin has an anti-cancer effect.
The discovery was made when scientists noticed blind women have sixty percent less breast cancer than other women.
They also have high levels of melatonin.
That is because melatonin is controlled by light.
As night falls, levels go up making you feel sleepy.
For the visually impaired, it is always night thus they always maintain high levels.
Airline attendants are at the opposite extreme because they have less melatonin. They sleep less due to jet lag.
They also have twice the normal rate of breast cancer.

The secret, apply a TINY amount of fat on the surface of the cheese.
The no or low fat cheeses don't melt or fuse well together when baking. They also scorch easily.
But the Cornell food researchers say a VERY THIN surface coating of canola oil applied just before baking makes the fat free cheese behave like the real thing.
