Jimmy Huffman was one of 18 gay men charged last November under a little- used ordinance that makes it a felony to ask for oral sex.

Like the rest of these cases, this one occurred in Wasena Park at night.
Huffman talked with Vice Squad Officer Todd Clingenpeel over a period of nearly three hours.
There was "sexual innuendo" as the prosecutor put it, but no direct request for sex.
Huffman asked: "What kind of help do you need?
Sergeant Clingenpeel said: "I don't know. Use your imagination."
"Use my imagination, or use my lips?" Huffman says.
When Clingenpeel pressed for a direct answer, the 28-year old computer consultant says only: "I like to help people when they need it."
