Hoskins, who lives in Lynchburg, denies any connection between his book and the California shootings.
He released a statement saying "I find it difficult to understand what a book about economics has to do with shooting Jewish children in California."
But Jewish leaders have claimed since it was published 15-years ago, it's been a handbook for the Phineas Priesthood-- a group that perverts Bible passages to justify racist and anti-Semitic acts of violence.
It's also believed Hoskins is the leader of the Christian Identity movement a group that's been identified with Nazism.
He would not comment on the allegations.
