Authorities are still trying to determine how a New York man died on a roller- coaster at King's Dominion last night.

Fan died on the park's Shockwave coaster shortly before nine.
The stand-up roller coaster travels at speeds up to 50- miles- per- hour and makes several loops.

King's Dominion is one of the state's most popular tourist sites, attracting nearly two- and a half million visitors a year.

'Well... All I heard was a loud bang and got up I looked out the window I seen it looked like to me a lot of ship coming by.' 'The first thought I had was Titanic are we sinking are we going to die.' 'I'm glad to be on the ground. It was scary, very scary.' In fact the container ship the Ever Decent took the brint of the damage-- part of her cargo was set on fire by the collision. Some of the cargo ships containers were actually knocked onto the passenger ship's deck. The wasn't much panic but there was come confusion.

Buford is NOT in custody yet.

Last week, Governor Gilmore gave authorization to the Virginia National Guard to transport supplies to drought stricken livestock producers.
Now, state officials are trying to figure out when the first emergency supplies of hay and water will be delivered.
With 43 Virginia communities deemed drought disasters areas by the Department of Agriculture,
The Shenandoah Valley and northern Virginia areas are hardest hit.
Farm losses in the state are estimated at more than 100 million dollars so far.
But, many farmers have opted to sell animals rather than pay excessive prices for hay and water.
