The hurricane's center is close to Abaco Island ... about 250 miles southeast of Cape Canaveral, Florida.

A federal jury in Roanoke has convicted former D-E-A Informant Michael Fulcher of heading a marijuana and money laundering ring in
the Bland Correctional Center. Fulcher's ex-wife and mother were also convicted of money laundering, but a former prison guard and another inmate were acquitted.

Boeing wants to save money by subcontracting work and paying less for benefits.
The union votes on Wednesday.
