Another not guilty verdict in last year's roundup of gay men at Wasena Park.
This afternoon, a jury acquitted Jeffrey Anders of charges he solicited oral sex from an undercover police officer.
Anders lawyer argued it was the officer who kept turning the conversation to sex.
The prosecution argued that the policeman's actions were legal and appropriate.
The jury took just 15 minutes to reach a verdict.
We'll have reaction from both sides tonight on News-7 at 6.

((Called the angel of death, former nurse Orville Lynn Majors entered an Indiana courthouse fighting for his life. In one of the most notorious cases in this state's history, Majors is charged with killing 7 patients in the intensive care unit at the Vermillion County Hospital. From 1993 to 1995 prosecutors say he injected them with deadly drugs.
Joe Anderson, Attorney, "During a 22 month period, Vermillion County Hospital became a death camp for old people.
According to a police affidavit, while Majors was on duty, the death
rate in the ICU quadrupled. Rodney Smith's father Cecil had pneumonia.
He took him to the hospital.
Rodney Smith, Victim's Son, "I pushed my dad to go to the hospital. And if I didn't push my dad to go to the hospital, he'd be alive today.
In court prosecutors called this a story of a man who chose to play God, something Majors refuted in 1995.
Orville Lynn Majors, 1995, "I would never do anything to shorten someone's life. I'm not god.'
Majors' attorney says, all the patients were sick and died of natural causes. He'll call upon family doctors to prove his point.
Marshall Pinkus, Defense Attorney, "These people know these people
better than anyone. They treated these people for along period of time."))

City officials say this will only set the project back a few days.
