A suspected terrorist attack in Moscow- at least 70 people are dead- including seven children when a building exploded.

Russian officials suspect this was the work of terrorists.
That would make this the second bombing of a Moscow apartment building in a week.
In addition to the dead, many are still missing and nine are hospitalized. 150 people lived in the building.
Authorities don't hold much hope for finding survivors in the rubble-
The blast leveled the eight floor building.
Moscow's mayor blames Islamic rebels in southern Russian for the bombing.

New York City is taking on some large scale measures to kill the city's mosquitos after three people have died from a form of encephalitis.

To keep the disease from spreading, the city is spraying parts of Roosevelt Island, Staten Island, the Bronx and Queens.
