Wills and hundreds of other retirees like him left BWX believing healthcare would never be a problem.

Many large companies have trouble finding insurance for retirees between the ages of 55 and 65.. some of whom have pre-existing medical conditions but who don't yet qualify for Medicare.
When they DO find a company willing to take that group on, the costs can be exorbitant.

The two trucks collided in the west bound lanes of interstate 64... one tractor trailer moving slowly up a hill was hit from behind by the gasoline tanker.

40 firefighters from four different departments responded. They used foam to control flames that consumed the tanker and scorched 100 yards along the highway.

State Police haven't released the name of the driver, but they believe he was from the area near Rupert West Virginia.
The accident blocked traffic in both lanes of interstate 64 this morning, but traffic is now moving in both directions.

A new high school that's planned for Roanoke County could be in for some changes tonight.

Construction is scheduled to begin next year on a new high school at the Woods End site in Roanoke County.
But before it begins, the Roanoke County School Board

needs to make some changes to its plans.
The School board requested 34 million dollars but the County Board of Supervisors only okayed 30 million.
