In April, James Everette Smith made a false bomb threat at Northside High School.
The threat came just a week after the fatal school shootings in Littleton, Colorado..
Yesterday, a Juvenile judge said he wanted Smith to feel the consequences of his action without having his life ruined.
Judge Philip Trompeter took the case under advisement, meaning the charge could be dismissed if Smith follows court instructions and stays out of trouble.
He will be allowed to serve the sentence on weekends.
