The Regimental Commander drummed out at V-M-I last Spring for making passes at female cadets had been drinking.

That's one detail Judge Jackson Kiser agreed to release this week in response to media requests for the Institute's full report to the court.
The report offers no names but indicates First Captain Jerry Webb used messengers to summon female cadets to his room in barracks on a number of occasions and that the women smelled alcohol on his breath.
Webb admitted being under the influence, the report says. He was dismissed from V-M-I the same day.
