23-year-old (Ah-BOON-dee-oh) Abundio Mora Soto is wanted for the first degree murder and forcible sodomy of his cousin.
34-year-old Jose Mora Soto was found strangled in a creek behind the house that he shared with six other friends and relatives from Mexico.
Last week, Abundio Mora Soto told News 7 that his cousin was his best friend ... and like a brother to him.
