Police say many scooter drivers weave their vehicles in and out of traffic and don't stop for stop signs.

Authorities want city council to amend Lynchburg's bicycle ordinance to include mopeds and scooters.
That would require owners to register their vehicles and wear helmets.
Council will vote tomorrow night.
