Is it a political move? Or a move toward progress?
That's what some are asking after funding is announced for the Glenvar Middle School renovation project.
It's been in the works more than a year... So some Roanoke County School Board members welcome today's announcement by Spike Harrison.
But at tonight's school board meeting - some suggest Harrison - who's up for re-election Tuesday - made the announcement for reasons other than a concern for the kids.
