In Roanoke federal court this morning, a former West Virginia governor's aide pled guilty to trying to have sex with a 13- year- old boy he met on the Internet.

59- year- old Tom Rice admitted driving from his home in Martinsburg, West Virginia to Bedford County to meet the boy at a motel last February.
But when he drove to the school parking lot where they were to meet...he discovered the boy was actually an undercover deputy.
Rice is being held without bond, and will be sentenced January 18th.
He could receive a sentence of up to 15 years, along with a 250- thousand- dollar fine.
