Convicted murderer Ben Lilly has won another trial ... and that could keep him off death row.

Lilly was sentenced to die for the 1995 robbery and murder of Virginia Tech student Alexander DeFilippis.
But today Virginia's Supreme Court overturned Lilly's capital murder and firearms convictions.
The court said evidence that sent Lilly to death row -- a taped confession from his brother Mark -- might not have been strong enough to find Lilly guilty.

The two were hauled off in cuffs and brought to the Miami jail this morning after an incdient at a hotel.
Police were called after getting reports that the two were fighting.
Both were led away in handcuffs to the domestic violence unit at the Miami-Dade County jail.
A lawyer for the former basketball player is calling the arrest an overreaction. He says both Rodman and Electra are upset-
The two have had a rocky relationship after getting married last November in Las Vegas. They filed for divorced in April.

Gary He was given the shots at the same time as his regular inoculations so it was just an extra needle poke.
