Government investigators say airport security is too loose and in some cases they were able to sneak onto airplanes without even having a ticket.
Undercover federal investigators say slipping past airport security is actually pretty easy at major U.S. airports.
More troubling is that not much has changed since the last inspection six years ago.

An overnight housefire killed two people in Henry County.
41-year-old Joann Alice Craig and 31-year-old Jeffrey Curtis Clark were sleeping in a front bedroom when the fire broke out around eleven-thirty.
Neighbors say they tried to save them, but couldn't reach them in time.
Another man who lived inside the house, 68-year-old Clayton Price, managed to escape out a bedroom window.
The Fire Marshall says the fire started in a den at the back of the house.
Although a wood stove there WAS being used for heat, he says it does NOT appear to be the cause of the fire.

Most of us know enough to check the expiration dates on perishable products we have sitting on the shelf at home.
There's a drug store here in the Roanoke Valley- -part of a NATIONAL CHAIN- -with numerous expired products on the shelves.
[Double box=Tonya/Keith Newsroom]
Keith Humphry explains why that's so important.
Tonya, we're talking about such things as infant forumla, condoms and glucose monitors being sold past their expiration dates at Rite Aid Drug stores.
We went to check it out... just yesterday.

(( It wasn't hard to confirm. In just a few minutes in one of Rite Aid's newest stores- -the one at Cave Spring Corner- -we found several out-dated products on the shelves.
Infant formula is critical. A child's sole source of nutrition must be current or the vitamins loose their potency. Of course rancid formula can make a child sick. And that's why formula is one of just two products with expiration dates regulated by law.))
[OUT Q=regulated by law.]
It's not an isolated problem, limited to one store in Roanoke County.
While you may find dated items at any store, we've discovered Rite Aid has run afoul of the law before in California and West Virginia for selling out-dated products.
On NEWS 7 at SIX, Tonya, we'll tell you more about what happened the last time Rite Aid got caught selling infant formula and other items past their expiration date.

The federal government says bunk beds should be safer.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has approved new mandatory standards for the beds.
Beginning next July, the opening in the upper bunk can be no more than three and a half inches.
Too much space between the slats of the upper bunk can be dangerous because children can fall between them and strangle themselves.
The Safety Commission also wants a continuous rail on the wall side of the bunk.
In the last nine years, 57 children have died in bunk bed accidents.
It used to be children who wore braces were taunted for being different, but now that more kids are wearing them, they've almost become status symbols.
But when should you begin correcting young people's teeth.
As Mary Robb Jackson reports, it is now possible to start before their baby teeth fall out.

Good afternoon folks. Remember growing up when you're mom used to always yell at you and your friends for throwing a ball inside the house.
Well, starting in May it will OK to throw and kick inside the Roanoke Civic Center as the valley's new Arena Football Two team gets started.
Today, the head coach and the teams name were unveiled at a news conference at the Virginia Museum of Transportation.
Pete Shaw is the head coach. Shaw was an assistant coach for the New Jersey Red Dogs of the arena league in the 1997-98 season.
He has other connections in the valley. His mentor is former Tech head coach Jerry Claiborne.
And during the 98 season he was an assistant with Rowan University, which lost to Mount Union in the Stagg Bowl that season.
