Roanoke's mayor picked up a key to the Emerald City today.

David Bowers' counterpart from Munchkinland presented him with the gleaming, green gift, in a "short" ceremony at the Roanoke Civic Center.
Bowers returned the favor, giving his fellow public official a key to the Star City.
The Munchkin mayor is a skater in the Wizard of Oz ice show, which started last night.
It runs through Sunday.
