Good evening.
Three people are dead tonight after the plane they were in crashed in Pennsylvania.

It happened in a rural town of Gouldsboro shortly after 5 this evening.
Witnesses say the plane came down nose first and was spinning.
The Federal Aviation Administration says the aircraft was a 12 seat, twin engine turbo jet that was en route to an airport in northern New Jersey.
Officials say from the time the Westwind 24 aircraft left Seattle there were no indications of problems before the plane dropped off radar.
The crash site is near a small mobile home park.
So far, no word on what caused the crash or the victim's names.

Time magazine says the Columbine High School gunmen left behind home videos in which they describe their plans for violence.

According to the magazine, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold say in the tapes they hope to kill hundreds in a bloodbath that would have Hollywood directors fighting over their story.
They specifically mention Steven Spielberg and Quentin Tarantino.
Time says while they show little or no remorse toward their future victims, both boys express regret that their parents would have to live with their murderous actions.
The teen gunmen killed 12 students and a teacher before committing suicide.

A house fire in Montgomery County leaves a family homeless tonight.

It happened shortly after seven on Unicorn Lane-- just off Yellow Sulphur Road.
Fire officials say it appears the fire started in the back of the house and spread quickly through the home.
Crews from Christiansburg and Blacksburg were able to save the structure but the family lost all of their possessions.
No one was home at the time... and officials say it appears it was accidental.

Opponents of the death penalty have launched a new campaign.
Starting today, the lights illuminating Rome's Coliseum will change from white to gold for two days whenever someone in the world is spared from execution.
The campaign is sponsored by the Vatican, Amnesty International and others.
A video was played during today's ceremony in which Sister Helen Prejean (pray-ZHAHN), the American nun whose fight to end the death penalty was dramatized in a movie, gave the campaign a thumbs up sign.

The Virginia state trooper who suffered third degree burns when he crashed his patrol car died today.
Daniel Lee Williams crashed his vehicle Friday night, while pursuing a motorist who turned to avoid a police checkpoint in Cumblerland County .
Authorities who discovered the wreckage say Williams was pinned beneath his burning vehicle.
Williams, who was 38, leaves behind a wife and three children.

Elian's father wants his son returned to Cuba and MILLIONS in Cuba have marched in the streets, demanding his return.
