(( For hours now, it has been a "terror in the sky..." for nearly 200 people aboard an A300 Indian Airlines Airbus -- hijacked over Asia.

The flight -- IC 814-- was en route from the Nepali city of Kathmandu to New Delhi -- when five heavily armed hijackers seized the plane. The gumen -- claiming to have killed and injured some of the people on board

It finally continued on to Lahore ... making an emergency landing without permission from Pakistani government officials. There, the hijackers made more demands ... before taking off once again.

The man accused of running a drug-trafficking ring inside the Bland prison is asking to have charges against him and his family dismissed.
Attorneys for Michael Fulcher, his wife and his mother are making the request based on a secret letter sent by the D-E-A to a federal judge last month.

They claim there will be new evidence that the D-E-A officially authorized Fulcher to work undercover inside Bland Correctional Center, where he was an inmate.
