189-people, including one American, were flying from Nepal to India.
The hijackers reportedly wanted to go to Afghanistan ... but were told they couldn't land there.
An official in the United Arab Emirates has reportedly said the plane will be allowed to refuel ... but he said his country wants the plane to leave as soon as possible.
Hijackers claim they've killed four passengers, but that hasn't been confirmed.

But the Holiday season might not be as nice for former Tech star and now Green Bay Packer Antonio Freeman. According to reports, police in Wisconsin are saying the wide receiver could face charges stemming from a car accident in a restaurant parking lot that left a female passenger seriously injured. A police officer said that Freeman and Charles Jordan could be charged with obstructing officers if it is found that they switched vehicles after Freeman ran his car into a light pole Wednesday night.
