In an emotional letter to a judge, drug agent Don Lincoln said that his testimony in court may have been wrong. The letter means the Fulcher family -- who sold drugs and laundered money in Bland Prison -- may get new trials. Tina Tenret has more on today's court hearing.

The Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority is using 41 million dollars for a project they call Lincoln 2-thousand. Another P-C-B warning from the state health department tonight.. this one for a section of the Dan River in Halifax County.
Recent testing showed eight species of fish had been contaminated with the cancer- causing chemical.
Residents are advised to limit their consumption of flathead and channel catfish caught between Staunton River State Park to where the Dan River crosses into North Carolina.
Similar warnings have been in effect for the Staunton River near Altavista for two years.

Five former players from GW Danville helped the Thundering Herd complete an undefeated season.
Marshall has a good chance of ending up in college football's top 10 when the end of the season polls come out.
The 11th ranked Thundering Herd finished up 13 and oh today with a victory over BYU in the third annual Motor City Bowl.

The ball bounced Marshall's way as this Chad Pennington pass is intercepted by BYU's Jared Lee, but Lee fumbles and the Herd gets the ball back.
Pennington hits his mark the next time around as Doug Chapman makes the grab and cruises the next 30 yards for the only touchdown of the first half.

Two beatings from a pair of Big East beasts have these Cavaliers looking forward to the Big Ten's Fighting Illini. ((:)) In 1994, the Cavs fell to Boston College 31-13 in the Carquest Bowl. The Cavs had the early momentum with a bruising touchdown run by Jerrod Washington. But it was a tale of two halves as Eagles quarterback Glen Foley outscored UVa 14-nothing after intermission. After a two year break, Virginia was back in the Carquest to face Miami. NFL bound Tiki Barber was injured early and then freshman Thomas Jones got the call, finishing with 67 yards a touchdown and a costly fumble that was returned for a touchdown.
