Things were not falling into place for Dan Ellis this season. Through the first eight games he had 10 touchdown passes and 9 interceptions. A concussion against Florida State and Ellis would watch back up David Rivers rally the Cavaliers to a win the next week against Georgia Tech. But his cob webs cleared and he tossed 10 TD passes with one interception in the final two games of the season.

Breaking news out of Afghanistan now -
Diplomats trying to free several India Airline passengers held captive in a 7-day-old hijacking have agreed to release some Kashmiri prisoners.
That was a key demand of hijackers - who have not released anyone tonight.
But again, officials have agreed to meet at least one of the hijackers' demands by releasing some prisoners.

The graveyard is a window display at (Sue-VLOCK-ee) Souvlaki in downtown Blacksburg.
For more than ten years, the owner and his employees have kept it up.
If the Hokies win -- the team they defeat is buried in sand and a marker with the score is placed overhead.
This year, sugar was used to "bury" Boston College.

Souvlaki has kept up the graveyard since the mid 1980's.
