The Annual Meeting of the American Rhododendron Society will be held Saturday evening, May 22 in Coe Hall, Planting Fields Arboretum, Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York.  After the business meeting Mr. James Russell, proprietor of Sunningdale Nurseries, Windlesham, Surrey, England will speak on "A Hybridist's View of New British Varieties and Species Forms." Mr. Russell's nursery is one of the best known to Americans visiting the British Isles and he has a great wealth of information about varieties, good species forms, and their use in the landscape.
