Grower's Witchery - Amateur's Magic
Reprinted from Seattle Chapter Newsletter

To get fat, plump bud bumps, it's relatively easy if a plant is: Well fed, gets lots of phosphorus containing compounds like "B-9" or "Allar", or, one even uses a special dilute solution of phosphoric acid as a spray. Why? Because it has been proven that rhododendrons absorb (and utilize) six (6) times as much phosphorus through their leaves as they do through their roots. Sufficient phosphorus equates with heavy buds and blooming.
