Bylaws Ballot Count
The final count of the vote for the new Bylaws proposal was 472 yes and 47 no votes. Included with the ballots were many appreciative letters congratulating the Committee on a job well done, as well as many constructive comments which were forwarded to the Committee for their consideration.
We, along with them, believe these new bylaws will help the Society grow larger and better able to provide more services to our members. Fred Galle, ARS President, will appoint a committee to implement these new bylaws.
