During The Year 1951

The American Rhododendron Society will ship free and postpaid anywhere in the United States five plants of rhododendron species raised from seed collected by the Dr. Rock expedition to China in 1948. The plants offered to new members only are from four inches to over a foot high, depending on the variety i.e. whether it is a dwarf or tree type. Plants will be dispersed in mixed lots.
Membership also includes the Quarterly Bulletin of the Society and other printed matter and privileges. New members are advised to mention this offer to the Secretary when making application for membership. The dues of the Society are five dollars a year. The five plants offered free by the Society are fully worth the amount of five dollars.
