This is the data for "Relaxation of the Turbulent Boundary Layer

J. Keith Taylor, M. H. Hosni, and Hugh W. Coleman.
The data in Figures 2 and 4 are given in the files "all_r??.dat"
for the all rough data and in files "r_t0_s??.dat" for the rough-to-smooth
data. The data are the raw data in the following format

where y is the distance from the base wall, u is the velocity, and u' is the
longitudinal velocity fluctuation. The number in each file name refers to
the plate number. The test surface was divided into 4 inch plates.
For example, file "all_r10.dat" contains the data for plate 10. The data
were taken over the plate centerline; so, the formula to compute the axial
distance, x, in inches is
x = (N-1)*4 + 2
The files cf_all_r.dat, cf_r_t_s.dat and cf_smth.dat contain
the skin friction coefficient data in Figure 5. The format is

combination of the data in the files "r_to_s??.dat" and "cf_r_to_s.dat"
