FIGURE 4:

There are 8 data files in this subdirectory.  The files are
named T%10D05F.DAT, T%14D05F.DAT, T%10D10F.DAT, T%14D10F.DAT,
T%10D15F.DAT, T%14D15F.DAT, T%10D20F.DAT, and T%14D20F.DAT.
The first number in the filename (10 or 14) refers to the
lebu distance upstream, and the second number refers to the
free stream velocity.  Each data file contains one data point
consisting of the % change in the mean wall shear stress
(second column), and the upstream location x/delta of the
lebu (first column).
