FIGURE 6:

There are 8 data files in this subdirectory.  The files are
named BASE05BF.DAT, BASE10F.DAT, BASE15BF.DAT, BASE20F.DAT,
L14D05AF.DAT, L14D10AF.DAT, L14D15AF.DAT, and L14D20A.DAT.
All of the BASE files contain the baseline velocity data,
with the number referring to the free stream velocity. The L
files are as follows: the first number in the filename (14)
refers to the lebu distance upstream, and the second number
refers to the free stream velocity.  Each data file contains
velocity data in dimensional form.  The first column is u(y)
in (ft/sec), and the second column is y in (inches).
