There are 2 data files in this subdirectory.  The files are
named OUTBS10F.DAT, and OUTBS20F.DAT.  Each data file
contains the equilibrium wall pressure autospectra, scaled
with outer variables.  The 10 and 20 refer to free stream
velocity.  The first column is nondimensional frequency, and
the second column is the nondimensional spectral level, in
dB.
