There are 2 data files in this subdirectory.  The files are
named INBS10F.DAT, and INBS20F.DAT.  Each data file contains
the equilibrium wall pressure autospectra, scaled with inner
variables.  The 10 and 20 refer to free stream velocity.
The first column is nondimensional frequency, and the second
column is the nondimensional spectral level, in dB.
