Abstract

Two methods of predicting the distortion which is generated in frequency-modulated waves during passage through linear networks have been investigated in this paper. The major emphasis has been placed on the Fourier method while the Quasi-steady-state analysis received attention only to the extent of discovering some of its inherent limitations and comparing its practical application with that of the Fourier method.
