Abstract A brief investigation was made of various enzymes such as urease in conjunction with a wetting agent, ficin, steapsin, and hyaluronidase as aides in the :in vitro" dissolution of calculi in "G"7 solution. This investigation indicated that a more effective solvent was needed.
