Abstract The Worldwide Military Command and Control System (WWMCCS) is an operational multi-service/agency program that supports command and control functions for the National Command Authority and the Commanders of major unified and specified commands. These functions provide data processing capabilities including status of forces reporting, support requirements and contingency planning used in national security decision making.
