Abstract The observations which have been noted and. discussed are consistent with the proposed hypothesis that molybdenum inhibits Some facet of protein Synthesis in vivo. The hypothesis warrants further investigation and with the rapid improvements in protein synthesis experimentation, definitive experiments should be possible.
