Combined campaign updated

Through the third week of the 1994 Combined Virginia Campaign (CVC), Virginia Tech employees have donated or pledged nearly $61,000. This represents approximately 29 percent of the $210,000 goal set by the steering committee for this year.
The theme of the campaign, "The Community Connection," reinforces the message that through this fundraising effort, Virginia Tech employees can reach out to help their neighbors. The campaign helps support local, state, national, and international charitable agencies that make a difference in people's lives.
Anyone who has not yet been contacted by a CVC representative can find out his/her canvasser's name by contacting Gloria Smith at 1-4181 or GRAHAMGD @ VM1. The campaign is scheduled to end December 1.
