Attorney general to speak

Virginia Attorney General James Gilmore will lead a panel discussion on campus sexual assault Thursday, March 9, beginning at 7 p.m. in Squires Haymarket Theatre. The program is free and open to the public.

Gilmore's visit is sponsored by Families and Children's Trust Fund (FACT), a General Assembly-authorized public-private partnership to prevent family violence. The forum is an official part of the Women's Month celebration.

Joining Gilmore on the panel will be Donna Lisker, assistant director of the Virginia Tech Women's Center and sexual-assault education coordinator, and Pat Brown, director of the New River Valley Women's Resource Center.
