OBIT - HIGGINS, S.

Samuel E. Higgins, age 48, died March 1, 1990, in a Charlottesville hospital. Surviving are his mother, Goldie Horne Higgins, Manassas; one son, James E. Higgins, Buena Vista; two sisters, Effie Robinson, Alexandria; Mildred Van Boyce; four brothers, Fred Higgins, Buena Vista; Herman J. Higgins, Manassas; Richard Higgins, Front Royal; and Ralph Higgins, Strasburg. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Lomax Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 at the Lomax Funeral Home, Buena Vista.
