TILLER, ALLEAN A.

Allean Albert Tiller, age 87, of 103 Hill Street, Narrows, died Thursday, March 1, 1990, in the St. Lukes Hospital in Bluefield, W.V. A lifelong resident of Narrows, she was born December 14, 1902, and was the daughter of the late William F. and Mary Johnson Albert. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Narrows, and was also a member of the Christian Women's Fellowship #1 of the Church, and the American Legion Post #68 Ladies Auxilliary of Narrows. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Lawrence Tiller. Survivors include two sons, Billy A. Tiller, Narrows; Edwin L. Tiller, North Augusta, S.C.; one daughter, Myra T. Arant, Lexington, S.C.; one sister, Mrs. Betty A. Cline, Columbia, S.C.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. at Riffe's Funeral Chapel in Narrows with the Rev. Jack E. Musick officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Narrows. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mrs. Tiller's family is being served by the Riffe's Funeral Service in Narrows, Va.
