Mary Ethel Redden, age 94, of Roanoke, died Saturday, March 3, 1990. Mrs. Redden is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Nellie and Marvin Howell, Stone Mountain, Ga.; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Walter Redden, Jr., Roanoke; Frank and Lou Redden, Roanoke; one nephew, Herbert Howell, Roanoke; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 6, at 11:00 a.m. at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Lotz Roanoke Chapel Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
