PIANO COMPETITION AT RADFORD UNIVERSITY

Radford University will sponsor the 10th annual Bartok-Kabalevsky Competition for pianists of all ages March 30-April 1. Gyorgy Sandor, master pianist, will judge finalists.

To enter, contestants must prepare two pieces from Bartok's or Kabalevsky's work. Music is available for all levels of competition, and cash prizes will be awarded to pianists in six age groups.

This year's program will include a master class taught by Sandor March 30 in the Powell recital hall.
