Mrs. Mary Renick Sink, age 71, of Route 1, died Monday, March 5, 1990, at her
home. She was born in Franklin County, June 25, 1918, daughter of the late
Calvin M. Renick and Mildred Prillaman Renick. She was a member of Piedmont
Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband, Dennis D. Sink, of the
residence; three daughters and sons-in-law, Janice and Ralph Prillaman, Janet
and David Prillaman, all of Rocky Mount; and Martha and Jimmy Custer,
Callaway; six grandchildren, Lori, Karen, Brian, Rea, and J.D. Prillaman, and
Charlie Custer; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Maude Sink, Rocky Mount; three sisters
and brothers-in-law, Eva and Dewey Beckner, Roanoke; Joyce Ann and Eugene
Sigmon, Rocky Mount; and Sarah Jane and Maurice Holt, Callaway; two brothers
and sisters-in-law, James (Buck) and Helen Renick, Callaway; Charles (Duck)
and Caryll Renick, Callaway. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at
1:00 p.m. at the Arrington-Bussey Chapel by the Rev. Harry Christie. Burial
will follow in the Mountain View Memorial Park. The family will receive
friends Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home
in Rocky Mount.
