LAST HALF OF WORLD'S OLDEST SET OF IDENTICAL TWINS DIES AT AGE 106

Maggie Grubb Lambeth, who with her sister gained recognition as the world's oldest identical twins, has died at a nursing home. She was 106.

Her sister, Allie Grubb Hill, died Jan. 10, three days before their birthday.

Lambeth, who had been in declining health for several months, died Tuesday at Mount Vista Health Park, nursing director Yvonne Leach said.

Lambeth was never told of her sister's death, Leach said.

The women were listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest living set of identical twins.
