TRACK MEMBER HURT DURING PRACTICE RUN

A Blacksburg High School student received minor injuries Tuesday when he was struck by a car while running along South Main Street with members of the school's track team.

Paul Rohr, 16, was treated at Montgomery County Regional Hospital for head injuries and lacerations and was released, according to David Crist, coach of the boy's track team and a math teacher at the high school.
